Working of S-950: Wedge set inserted in pre-drilled hole of 76 mm diameter & 1400-1600mm deep. S-950 cylinder pushes centre wedge between two counter wedges. Which applies a 3000-3500 ton splitting force on side wall of rock hole, resulting in splitting of rock without any noise and vibration. The splitting opration time for a single hole is 60 secs.
